    Job Description

    Assist the HR Business Partner for Talent Acquisition directives covering regions VI, VII and VIII

    Conducting interviews and overseeing examinations
    ensure completeness of requirements and deployment in a timely manner

    Assisting the HR Business Partner in ensuring manpower pool for the area

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Attending job fairs and other recruitment activities for the region

    Relaying necessary information to the Head Office
    assisting the HR Business partner in addressing HR concerns in branches

    Assist in other HR matters from time to time

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Good communication skills and high attention to details.

    Willing to travel around Visayas and do fieldwork

    Willing to render a 6 day per week schedule

    Good exposure in end-to-end recruitment

    Education + Experience

    Graduate of BS Psychology/BSBA Human Resources highly preferred

    At least 6 months relevant experience in Recruitment/Sourcing
